Airport RFID Baggage Tracking System Based on RFID Technology - 已用

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a kind of automatic identification technology. It carries out non-contact two-way data communication through radio frequency and reads and writes by radio frequency, so as to achieve the purpose of identifying targets and data exchange. The basic working principle of RFID technology is not complicated: after the tag enters the reader, it receives the RF signal sent by the reader, and sends the product information stored in the chip with the energy obtained by the induced current, or the tag actively sends the signal of a certain frequency. After the reader reads the information and decodes it, it is sent to the central information system for relevant data processing.

Therefore, a complete RFID system consists of RFID reader, passive RFID tag and application software system. To realize the whole process tracking of baggage, it is necessary to stick electronic tags on baggage, deploy readers in the whole process of baggage transportation, and finally process information through the RFID management service system platform.

Taking Chongqing Jiangbei Airport in China as an example, it has set up RFID baggage tag printers at more than 200 check-in counters in T3a terminal; RFID code reading equipment is installed at key nodes such as security inspection, tray sorter lead-in line entrance, belt loading and unloading, inbound baggage unloading line, inbound retrieval hall, etc; With the RFID management service system platform, it can manage, process and store all RFID related software and hardware, baggage information data, location data and image data.

The reason why RFID technology is used to track the whole process of luggage is that RFID tags have the advantages of applicability, efficiency and simplicity. Compared with the previous use of barcode, which can only read one tag at a time, RFID has a very fast reading and writing speed. A typical RFID transmission process is usually less than 100 milliseconds. RFID reader in the high frequency band can even recognize and read multiple tags at the same time. Moreover, RFID technology relies on electromagnetic waves and does not need to connect the physical contact of both sides, which makes it possible to establish a connection and complete communication regardless of obstacles such as dust, plastic, paper, etc., so as to ensure that luggage is not missed in the process of loading and unloading. In addition, RFID tags have simple structure, high recognition rate and simple reading equipment. In the future, with the popularization of near-field communication (NFC) technology, every passenger's mobile phone will become the simplest RFID reader.

The introduction of RFID technology solves not only the baggage problem. According to the work deployment of the Civil Aviation Administration, the construction of the baggage whole process tracking system can enable airlines, airports and other operating entities to obtain baggage location and status information in time, strengthen baggage transportation management, significantly improve the accuracy and punctuality of baggage transportation, and avoid flight delays caused by baggage transportation problems.

The settlement of the baggage problem has accelerated the promotion of the transfer baggage direct hanging business of domestic cross airline enterprises. Previously, passengers who want to realize baggage direct hanging during domestic transfer can only be realized when transferring with the same airline company and code sharing airline company. Thanks to RFID technology, baggage can now be directly linked between two completely unrelated airline companies. When passengers demand at the departure airport, the transit airport can provide baggage direct coupling support. Beijing Capital Airport "through the capital lianfei" and Dalian Airport "transit Lianlian" are such products. Due to the timely grasp of baggage transportation, passengers have more time to move freely at the airport, making them have a better travel experience.

Although starting from luggage, RFID technology has a broader application space in the construction of smart civil aviation. In recent years, RFID technology has been used in more and more aviation maintenance tool management. There are various types of aviation maintenance tools, which require hundreds of different tools. If RFID tags are embedded in the tools, the reader on the toolbox or tool car will accurately record the time when each tool is removed and returned. After the work, if all the tools in the toolbox are not returned, the toolbox will automatically prompt, avoiding the risk of missing tools, which not only ensures the frequent maintenance of the aircraft, but also ensures flight safety.

At the same time, RFID technology has been successfully applied in the field of airport freight management. Through the combination with network technology and database technology, it can realize the real-time, accurate and complete recording and tracking of goods, and has the functions of query, statistics, data analysis and so on. Each cargo has complete information in the central information system. You can see all the information at a glance by viewing the cargo tracking and management log.

In addition, personnel management can be realized through RFID technology. Because RFID can be read quickly and difficult to forge, the airport can clarify the scope of activities of staff according to their positions and identities, and then embed the electronic tags of the above information into the staff work card, so as to better manage the staff.

RFID Technology Improves The Efficiency of Warehouse Inventory Counting

The storage point in the warehouse will greatly save manpower and time, and improve the management efficiency. The automatic collection of RFID technology can more effectively realize quality supervision, so as to track the logistics of the whole inventory in the whole process, realize rapid and accurate inventory counting, and improve the overall transparency of enterprise logistics. Realize the informatization, scientization and accuracy of warehousing management. According to statistics, RFID tag is 600 times faster than traditional one-dimensional bar code software. Staff can easily experience the fluency of instant response and bid farewell to mancadon. Secondly, the performance is stable and the data is accurate. The accuracy of RFID is as high as 99.8%, which is far beyond the level of peers. This is where traditional management software cannot compare with it. Thirdly, the system covers a wide range, which can save labor costs for enterprises. With RFID tag, many warehouse per

Inventory Solution of Asset Management System Based on RFID Technology

The traditional asset management mode can no longer meet the needs of modern management. Many enterprises and institutions use the asset management system platform to establish efficient and convenient asset management methods. The functions of the RFID technologies asset management system platform cover all physical asset management business activities of enterprises and institutions, including fixed asset increase, asset change management, asset disposal management, equipment maintenance, raw data sorting and import, asset inventory, report data and data exchange, query, asset tracking, statistical analysis and other functions. 1. Time and labor consumption of inventory The inventory is large, the counting process is cumbersome, the accuracy of counting is low, and the source cannot be traced. Manual statistics are prone to errors, which is time-consuming and laborious. Asset management system platform solution: Based on RFID technology, the platform issues inventory operation comma
